Traditional sour milk cake
Traditional sour milk cake, a flavour you just can't resist!
- 3 dl sour milk
- 2 dl maple syrup or
common syrup
- 2 dl melted butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 dl raisins
- 6 dl wheat flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the batter into an oiled and bread-crumbed pan.
Bake aprx. 55 minutes at 175°C.
The cake gets even better in time...
...if you can resist eating it immediately...
